Our Services

We have created several types of enjoyable activities for our members. They include swaps, round robins, exchanges, quilt block patch, swapping handmade bookmarks and cards, doilies, calling cards, stationary, quilt quarters, memory book supplies, pot holders, recipes, various stickers, and story writing.

Service List

Forwarding Service: The cost is $.50 per letter plus the required postage.

Round Robin: We set up individual round robin monitoring. Each member who decides to participate please keep in mind the cost of mailing items. Do not participate if you do not think you will be able to do your part.

Drawings: We have bi-monthly and yearly drawings. To participate all you have to do is send in the particular item plus $1.00 and current first class postage stamp. You may participate in as many drawings as you like.

Cross-Stitch Converter Photo Service: We can take a copy of your favorite photo and convert it to a cross-stitch pattern.

Round Robin List

Quilt Block Patch: Group of up to six people complete a 12 by 12 inch quilt block for each member in the group.

Sticker Swap: Group of five people swap two sheets of stickers.

Bookmark Swap: Group of five people swap two bookmarks of any size or material.

Quilting Quarter Swap: Group of five people swap two quilting fat quarters.

Pot Holder: Group of five people swap pot holders.

Memory Book: Group of five people swap photo quality supplies.

Stationary: Group of five people swap at least ten sheets of homemade stationary.

Story Writing: Group of five people write a story together. Each receiving a completed copy.

Stickers: Group of five people swap two sheets of stickers.

Recipes: Group of five people swap two recipe cards.

Bi-Monthly Drawings

Quilt Block Patch Drawing: Participant sends in one 12 by 12 inch quilt block.

Sticker Drawing: Participant sends in two sheets of stickers.

Bookmark Drawing: Participant sends in two bookmarks of any size or material, handmade or purchased.

Quilting Quarter Drawing: Participant sends in one quilting fat quarter.

Pot Holder Drawing: Participant sends in one pot holder.

Memory Book Supplies Drawing: Participant sends in one packet of photo quality supplies.

Stationary Drawing: Participant sends in ten sheets of homemade/purchased stationary.

Yearly Drawings

Each member has the opportunity to earn a commission by bringing in more yearly subscribers. Five dollars to be exact!

This is very simple. Every member receives a membership drive form. You will be sent a printed form with you clearly listed as the referrer.

Now, all you need to do is make copies and send to your friends, family, or take out an ad in your local newspaper. That is it! No reference is made on the form to the web site link to ensure you recieve each and every commission you have worked hard for.

Very Important! You must remain a current subscriber of Christian Pen Pal Newsletter to participate in the Yearly Membership Drawing Award.
